Wow, today's like really kind of a crazy day.
Came home sweaty and all, but I guessed it was quite fun. School's the usual, but we got early dismissal yay! Everyone got a rude shock when we learnt that Nai Zeng was admitted to hospital, but was really glad to know that he is fine and alright now. Went to eat and play basketball with Yuxuan, Ron, Justin etc.etc. Played for quite long. Talked alot of cock too. Then, some of them wanted to catch a movie in town, but Ron and I dint go in the end. We were like kind of tired and such.
And and! The world cup final is approaching! Like most of my friends, I dont know why but I'm not really looking forward to this world cup final unlike previous tournaments. I was also rather disheartened when I learnt that back in Brazil, angry fans burnt down the statue of Ronaldinho, previously hailed and heralded as a national hero. The Brazilian team did not receive the heroes' welcome that they are so very much used to, instead they had to leave the airport through a back door, in order to avoid the angry soccer fans. I believe that such behaviour is very uncalled for, as support goes a very long way. Brazil may not have performed up to expectations in this World Cup, but the team still deserves credit for the hard work and dedication they have obviously put in.
